Based in Central New Jersey, we deliver to the entire state, greater Philadelphia, and greater New York City; we serve customers of many different sizes and needs; and we are always looking to expand our routes by working with more customers, so please get in touch if you have questions about becoming one! Our Schedule:
Every Friday we email our customers the weekly availably list, which represents all of the fruit, vegetables, and other farm-fresh products our farmers have on offer. The list indicates price, variety, size/grade, pack type, and individual farm name. (Email us if you'd like us to send you sample availability lists.)
On Monday morning we often send out a second email that contains any fresh additions that may have come in over the weekend. We ask that our customers send us their orders by Monday at 3 p.m. so that we can alert the farmers that afternoon, giving them just enough time to pick, pack, and transport the produce we need and allowing us to begin distributing the next day. We appreciate early orders!
Delivery Routes:
We deliver two days a week, Wednesday and Thursday. On Wednesday we deliver to Central Jersey, Philadelphia, and greater New York. On Thursdays we deliver to Northern Jersey and the Jersey Shore. This schedule, however, may be subject to change as our customer base grows.
Submitting An Order:
We accept orders via email or phone, and orders must be received by Monday at 3 p.m. (Though we're not in the office on Saturday and Sunday, feel free to leave a voicemail or send an email containing your order over the weekend.) When submitting an order it's important to specify item and quantity as well as farm, since we often have several farms offering items of the same name. Essentially items need to be ordered as they are listed.
An ideal order might look like this (notice that certain items are sold by weight, others by bunch count):
• Muth Family Farm Large Red Tomatoes: 4 x 25 lbs.
• Flaim Bunched Red Beets: 2 x 12 ct.
• Blooming Glen Mixed Potatoes: 3 x 25 lbs.
The minimum order is $150. We charge a $2 premium to split cases.

Payment
Payment terms range from COD to 30 days depending on the customer's credit. All new customers must fill out a credit application and start out on 14-day terms. We only accept cash or check for payment, which means no credit cards. We pay some farmers COD, some within 14 days, and all within 30 days, so it is very important for us to receive payments on time. If outstanding bills exist, deliveries may be suspended.
