The bent spoon is a specialty ice cream/sorbet shop and good ingredient bakery that specializes in making tasty treats out of real (and often local and organic) food. Never shy of a challenge, owners Gab Carbone and Matt Errico are always trying to combine the history, legacy and connection of ingredients to the journey they make into your cup. With years of serving and coming from food-centered families, they are hoping to bring a bit of intention and memory making to your sweet-eating experience.
