Garces Trading Company

Garces Trading Company has abundant displays of food: hanging meats, fresh baked breads and beautiful tarts. Its different sections feature cheese; a variety of imported single estate vinegars and olive oils from Spain, Italy and Greece; Chef Garces’ signature line of coffee; and “GTC at Home,” neatly packaged food for convenient reheating.

During lunch and dinner, Garces Trading Company treats visitors to a menu of European fare, including a variety of pastas, thin crust and deep dish pizzas (Chef Garces hails from Chicago),and daily changing plats du jour. Guests who prefer to enjoy their food at their home or office can order it to go and quickly be on their way.
