Jose has been a part of Nassau Street Seafood for the last 26 years and has a loyal following of customers who have and continue to enjoy his culinary expertise. Jose’s repertoire includes seafood classics from Pan Asia, Central America, New England, Europe, the Mediterranean and the Pacific North West.
