Blue Bottle on working with Zone 7
“Zone 7 provides its customers with the finest in local produce, cheeses, grains and more from a plethora of sources without the hassle of driving all over the state to offer them. We can order heirloom tomatoes from one farm, corn from another, potatoes and shallots from a third, and a wheel of cheese from the dairy farm. Our final product is the best it can be when we start with the amazing farms distributed by Zone 7.”
