We offer two flexible ways to shop, so you can choose what fits your lifestyle best.
Subscription: Each week, our subscription boxes come in two fully customizable sizes. The Sprout Box (5 items), for $32, and Crop Box (8 items), for $42. There are also numerous add on items like cheese, dairy, meat, breads, pantry and more. When you subscribe, a box is delivered to you each week unless you place a hold for that week. You can adjust, swap, or customize the items via our marketplace before each delivery. If you choose not to customize your box for a given week—or simply forget—we’ll curate one for you using seasonal items.
A la Carte Shopping: Prefer to shop freely on your own schedule? Browse the marketplace and build your own order for the week for a $50 minimum per delivery. Place an order when you want, without commitment, with total flexibility.

Our goal is to offer fruits and vegetables that are grown locally and sourced from organic and/or sustainable farms. We prioritize local products first, followed by certified organic options. If an item we’d like to feature is not available organically, we then consider sustainable, IPM, or conventional farms whose practices align with our standards.

Yes! Local is our priority and we support local farmers in NJ, PA and NY. Each delivery should last a minimum of 3-5 days, if not longer. Our turnaround time from farm to table is quick as we want as little time between harvest and delivery as possible. All deliveries will be made by refrigerated trucks on Tuesdays or Wednesdays, depending on your assigned day.

No. You can receive a box each week via our “subscription” or simply shop the marketplace when you want “a la carte” style. You’ll receive a box each week with a weekly subscription box, but there’s no obligation. You can cancel or hold your deliveries at any time.

You can pause your subscription at any time. Whether you want to skip a single week or several weeks in a row, it’s completely up to you. Simply go to the Distribution Schedule calendar in your account and place a hold on any weeks you’d like to pause. If you change your mind, you can remove the hold whenever you wish.

We will deliver your box to your front door. If you live in an apartment/condo complex, the box will be delivered to the main lobby. If there is a specific location where you would like your box delivered (i.e., next to the garage, not the front door), please let us know. Please note: your delivery may include an ice mat/silver cooler bag. We will retrieve these items when we see you next. Please remember to put them out for collection each week.

You are NOT charged in advance. You will only be charged for the items you receive. Payment will be processed weekly after delivery using the credit card you save on your profile.

You can change your box subscription by emailing us at homedelivery@freshfromzone7.com, and we’ll update your account for you.

You can cancel your subscription at any time. All you need to do is navigate to the “Subscriptions” page on your account, click on the “Options” button, and “Request Cancellation”.
