Spinach Herb PestoINGREDIENTS• 1 cup each fresh basil, fresh parsley leaves and fresh spinach leaves• 2 garlic cloves, minced• ¼ cup chopped oregano• ½ cup toasted pine nuts• ½ cup grated parmesan cheese• Salt and black pepper• ¾ cup olive oilDIRECTIONSBlend the garlic, basil, parsley, spinach, oregano, pine nuts, parmesan cheese, salt and pepper in blender.
