Chive Pesto
Chive PestoINGREDIENTS
- 4 cups (or more) chopped fresh chives
- 2 oz. slivered almonds
- 1 cup freshly-grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 garlic clove, roughly chopped
- 1/4 cup (or more) olive oil
DIRECTIONSToss the chives, almonds, cheese, and garlic into thework bowl of your food processor. Pulse until all ingredients arefinely-chopped. Then, with the machine running, add olive oil to desiredconsistency. One 1/4 cup oil to give you a spread-able pesto; add more oil toproduce a pourable sauce for pasta.
